Can I use these items in PP machines

I’m just getting started and trying to figure out how much of the garbage found on my small island in the Philippines can be used in PP machines to make new items.

Sadly the island is littered with these types of small “plastic” wrappers, but I realise they may not be the correct types. Any help appreciated.

@mattreed see if you can find some packaging companies who can tell you what type of plastic it is then you can determine how best to recycle them.
