ECOBRICKS

Hi there, we have started producing our first product, I know its not as cool and tech as many of those here, we are not ready for that yet as we have just built the plastic shredder.

…BUT, we are cleaning a lot of plastic that otherwise has no use, like plastic bags, aluminum labels, and other trash with no recyclable value.

Thanks to the shredder we have increased the speed and quality of our brand new ECOBRICKS

that we are basically going to be used for building our eco beach resort

@tono awesome👌👌👌

Great project, congratulations 🙂

Hi All

This is a full PET brick, made with shreddered PET bottles. Weight is 1KG. time to produce it 8 to 9 minutes.

We are using this type of bricks for foundations and contention walls reinforced with steel.

We first fill the bottles with PET shreddered plastic later we do a symetrical shape type of brick connecting with the bottom part of a another half bottle also filled with plastic. Using the heat gun it shrinks making a solid strong piece of plastic.

In the pictures bellow you can also see the technique that we use to connect several bricks with the heat gun to make long structures. Also good for our furniture…sorry for the poor documenting but we are fully loaded with work, soon we will have a decent website so you can check 😉

we have also developed this waterbricks for pathways, that will have epoxy paint and sand to avoid having a slippery surface and glow in the dark paint that will help us see the way without lights.

the air bricks are used for walls as they are so light.

namaste ….this is all for today 😉
