I want to start the project on my hometown next year (Galapagos Islands) im currently living in U.K and Spain.
The problems I’m facing are: lack of materials and expertise to build the machines over there, and the resources to start everything up, but I’m working on it and I’m developing a project to raise funds.
So I kind of need to know an estimate of how much the machines would cost and setting up the workshop.
And if there is a possibility to get people to come over and volunteer with us (we could provide food and accommodation)

This is very hard to say, because it depends a lot of your country and your ability to resource. I’m in France and i was ready to put up to 500€ in a gear-motor for the shredder and finally i found one nearly new with all the buttons to control, overheat-fuse and all that for 40€. I would advise you that you get in contact with people in the country where you want to built the machines. Any halfway competent machine-builder will be able to estimate the costs.
