I am having issues with PID Controller tuning!

Hello guys,
I am having issues with my electronics connection, the PV (process value) on my PID controller can seem to go beyond 60 degrees. I need help tuning correctly.

I ordered 8 PID since i started, 3 had a mistake and doesn’t work ….

Try to change the sond temperature just for chek-it
