Injection moulding valves for NGO in Malawi, Afric

Hi!

I am volunteering at the project http://www.wellsforzoe.org

We produce water pumps for villages (300.000 people have drinking water through our organization).
We have a lot of PVC plastic waste from turning parts and producing valves and pump-parts from solid material (with ~70-80% waste). It used to be burnt in the garden in a dirt-pit but now we try to recycle all our waste.
I got help from a nice guy from the forum and want to officially thank him here as well!

In my experience it was very difficult to remove parts from the moulds so I came up with more complicated moulds consisting of different pieces to be able to easily eject the piece after moulding.
It is all not yet setup in Malawi, but I will fly there in 2 weeks and will install it there. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

I insulated the Injector also to cover the 220V-connectors. All is grounded several times obviously.

Thank you,
Kevin
