Last year when I start to work with plastic waste I found this fabulous book : Materiology: the creative industry’s guide to materials and technologies by Elodie Ternaux, Quentin Hirsinger, Daniel Kula. It’s a book about materials and their characteristics and there is a topic about plastics very interesting and helpful for exemple to know the vitreous transition temperatures, the weak points and strengths of each plastics as well as a description. This book was my plastic Bible so if it can help someone else, I share it!
Good luck
(I have copies in my computer but in French, if someone is interested)
Thanks for the recommendation
However, I would advice against sharing any copies of this book without the authors permission. This is copyrighted material and I’m sure the writers could use a few bucks to put food on the table.
