Looking for some guidance on blade shape for plastic bottles shredder & the current 0.56mm gap between blade tip & opposing spacer ring.
Where bottles crease through the shredder, a 1mm hdpe wall thickness bottle will crease at its base into 4mm (2 sides + folded base). Looking for thoughts on how to optimise the 0.56mm gap so it works for the 4mm scenario yet still works for thinner wall section PET bottles.
(have plenty of torque going into the axle).

i wont put anything thin in there, after testing - it clogs up badly and even hardox blade wear out quickly with PET bottles - tested with 4kw @ 1:45
also, dont use the mesh, it makes things just worse - the structure isnt made for that either - skip the whole thing just and get a real shredder and grinder just 
here a list of issues we came along : Shredder Pro |OSR Plastic - makes no sense, for the builder, nor the user. Please also check Googlemaps - there are endless suppliers for clean & dry flakes - shredding should be avoided all together
