Lydia - v4.6 - Ex successfully deployed for a hydrolysis setup

Say hello ‘PolyMech’. Recent experiments producing high quality blocks have been successful

I used a robust 25mm extruder, 1:15 @ 220V ‘Lydia v3.5’ and a modular mould.

, 20 minutes per block, 5 hours cooling.

Some of the flakes required a bit help, using a Nema23 (CAD), ensuring consistent extruding of plastic without any hiccups.

That being said, and done, I am confident that mechanical components as supports, joints, etc… can be produced at low cost, safely. Injected, extruded, milled or a combination of all. Here a few examples

First tests for Poly-Mech components, using 40x40x100 HDPE blocks (easy to extrude)

Overall, I am satisfied about quality, stability and durability
