Hi, i work for a drinks company and we had the idea of creating think, marble effect bottles with Precious Plastics. However we are a bit stumped on production. We have explored pre-moulds and blow moulding but would this be able to produce a spirits sized bottle with similar thickness to glass?

The idea is to put heavy deposits on the bottles so they are reused and we only have to form about 100

Not sure about making that sized bottle but have you looked at what it takes to certify recycled plastic as safe for food contact. The descriptions I have seen on some of the government sites seemed complex and may not be worth it for a limited run.
