I am trying to design a machine that can create flat sheets using recycled plastic with thickness ranging from a 1/16 of an inch up. I have an idea that the plastic sheets could kind of be like a canvas durable that it has practical uses but it can bend and flex and be be incorporated into textiles/fashion. I have an idea for the design of it. If I can get heating elements into pipes and then mount them on a stand and put a crank on one so when it is turned it pulls an already heated blob of plastic in between the pipes and then flattening it out. Input would be greatly appreciated!
