A few weeks ago I started this topic, where I proposed to write a business plan that community members can use to increase their size and impact. We call it a business template and it will basically be a book and (web)app that gives people the knowledge and tools to grow their workspace and become financially viable. The goal of this is to increase the worldwide impact of precious plastic significantly.
The idea fell on fertile ground and many people, including Dave approved of it. Now, to make this idea a reality, I need team members. I need like minded people that are willing to contribute some time and effort to provide the content of this business template. It is very useful, especially the part of the project risk.
We currently are in the process of applying funding and risk analysis that you provided is something that we can apply.
It would be great if we can share more things like this on the forum.
The most challenging part in our application process (Indonesia) is finding an official local partner that is willing to cooperate.
This is especially difficult because not only that the partner has to show credibility (statement of establishment, financial statement, legal form, etc.), the money can only be transferred to the bank account of the local partner. So you have to find trusted partner and you need to reserve a budget in your application for formal audit and control. The auditing process is not something that goes naturally in this part of the world.
