I am collecting plastic bottles, cups and dispensers ( 18 ltr )
now i am looking to disperse and shred them to make finally Recycled sunglasses.
can some help me with that?

If you search here Taller Esferica, you will find something. I met the guys by self and unfortunately they won’t share the details for making the mold, like many here.
Anyway, the mold is somewhat hard to do (not really) and it’s easily 1000 Euros to make (they paid 2-3k)

i re-calculated the overhead, according to what you need for most of PP operations:
basic tools: mig welder = 100 E (actually 2k), drill press 300e, hand tools = 300e
machines : metal lathe (2 tonnes), CNC mill : 4k (basic, so lala)
extra tooling machines: 1k for measuring tools, end mills, etc…
after that (6 months to have the basics) : you should be able to make your first molds and injection machines.
another 3 months to network this operation, locally just
I am pretty sure you may have realized : wtf more sunglasses, wtf. more plastic…. so be prepared to make something more useful: open up some catalogs of heavy plastic contained parts and eventually you find something you actually can compete with !
