Shredder Sourcing in TX

Our team is starting to assemble machinery, beginning with the shredder. We need to find specific parts like the hex bar, lasercut sheet metal, and motor, but it’s been tough to locate these parts locally in one place. If anyone has suggestions or can speak from experience, it would be greatly appreciated!
