Does anyone know which process is needed to transform PET on fiber to make blankets? In Perú there is a ong that do this for Andean poor community. There is another company (LOOP) that do shopping bag too.

@sonik I have been doing this as an experiment to try new things. I have actually purchased the nozzle from Alexander and currently building the extruder to make this happen you need to have a hot air blower attached to the nozzle to stretch the plastic into its thread. the threads are highly flammable and are very short which makes it hard to weave into a blanket or anything at the moment. I need to do more experiments when my machine is up and runnning.
