The Plastic Soup Foundation, Boneiru Duradero and a local Recycling company Selibon N.V. have asked me to make the Extruder, Injection and compression oven to use in a Pilot project to create awareness for plastic recycling on Bonaire.
The machines have been made and tested in the Netherlands and shipped to Bonaire in August. I’ve travelled to Bonaire in September to install, test and demonstrate the machines to local governments and businesses. I’ve also trained some people to operate the machines for futher use. They were very exited and everyone was impressed by the machines! And it has been a great experience!
